Following a successful evening at the Under-21 match at The Madejski Stadium, the cold weather did not deter a constant stream of visitors to The FA marquee prior to England's friendly with Uruguay at Anfield.
The marquee was located next to the Kop entrance, near the Liverpool FC shop and museum. Meg Hewitt, Tracey Bates and Glenn Lavery conversed with fans, many of whom were members of englandfans the Official England Supporters Club.
FA Learning literature was highly sought after from both adults and children eager to get involved in football at all levels.
The marquee also ran, what proved to be a very popular 'Spot the Ball' competition and one lucky fan will soon win two tickets to England's friendly with Hungary at Old Trafford in May.
Once again, the marquee proved to be a great place for fans to spend time before the match, and what turned out to be another great comeback for England.
Peter Crouch equalised Omar Pouso's spectacular 35 yard volley, before Joe Cole's injury-time goal gave England a 2-1 victory over their South American counterparts.
