Take That, Britain’s best-loved band, today confirmed that they will be performing two shows at Wembley Stadium next summer as part of their biggest tour to date ‘The Circus Live’.The shows will see Gary, Howard, Mark and Jason embark on the band’s most visually dramatic, diverse and exhilarating tour yet.
The tour includes eight stadium dates across the UK:
- Saturday 6 June - Sunderland, Stadium of Light
- Tuesday 16 June - Cardiff Millennium Stadium
- Saturday 20 June - Glasgow Hampden Park
- Friday 26 June - Manchester Old Trafford Cricket Ground
- Saturday 27 June - Manchester Old Trafford Cricket Ground
- Sunday 28 June - Manchester Old Trafford Cricket Ground
- Friday 3 July - London Wembley Stadium
- Saturday 4 July - London Wembley Stadium
The band said: “All of us are really looking forward to getting back on the road again next summer. We can think of no better way to thank everyone for their support and loyalty over the past three years. This will be the biggest tour we’ve ever done, so we’ll be working especially hard over the next few months to make it the best and most exciting Take That tour yet.”
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 31 October 2008.
