The FA Structural Review
To the Chairman and the Board of Directors of The Football Association
Dear Colleagues
1. This letter, together with its attachments and supporting documentation, presents the conclusions and recommendations of the Structural Review of The FA which you asked me to lead at the beginning of the year. It has been my goal, throughout, to arrive at a set of proposals which not only make sense from a management point of view but which stand a good chance of being accepted by all sides of the game. I am optimistic that this has been achieved.
