2006 has been an eventful year and now it is almost over we bring you the views of a number of staff at The FA on the past year and also as they look forward to the year ahead.
We look back on the personal highlights of 2006, favourite games and goals from a year of numerous exciting moments. We'll also look into how each person will be spending the Christmas period before looking forward to what the new year holds both individually and from a wider footballing perspective.
