Ferguson found guilty

At an Independent Disciplinary Commission hearing today, a charge of improper conduct was found to be proven against Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and he was warned to his future conduct.

Ferguson was charged in relation to his comments following the match against Newcastle United FC on 24 April.

He denied the charge and requested the personal hearing held today.
