After a sneak preview of the plans for the new Wembley and a look at The FA's Trophy cabinet, he headed to the boardroom to speak to The FA's Management Team.
The group discussed the main issues on football's agenda including England's quest for qualification of the World Cup in 2006.
Prince Andrew also met FA staff on a walk around the building including two of the organisation's longest serving officials, historian David Barber, who has worked at The FA for 30 years, and Competitions Manager Steve Clark, who joined 36 years ago.
