The FA have a vacancy for a Leagues Co-ordinator.

The FA is currently looking for an intelligent and motivated individual to assist the Leagues Manager in the management of the men’s national league system and the women’s pyramid of football.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the administration and development of all leagues both within the National League System and the Women’s Pyramid of Football
- Providing active support to the Leagues Manager in the work of a range of Committees, Working Groups, Panels and Charitable Trusts (11 in total)
- Meeting preparation (agendas, minutes etc)
- Development / planning – plan assessment etc
- Tournament administration
- Grant processing – administration, assessment etc
- Management & control of budgets
- League administration – fixture, player registrations etc
- Competition organisation
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Knowledge of women’s football and of “non-league” football
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access
- Excellent communication skills – telephone, written etc
- Basic knowledge of charitable trusts
- Event management skills – (ie for matches. conferences etc)
- Be a clear and confident communicator
