‘Fitness for Football Level One’ is a great introduction in to the fitness practices required to get the most out of all players at all levels.
Working alongside a coach and fitness expert, you are guided through the online course to ensure you maximise your learning and understanding to help you when back out on the pitch.
Whether a coach or player, improved fitness will increase a player’s impact on the game from the first until the last minute.
The course also promotes healthy lifestyles, prevention of injuries through proper stretching as well as teaching how to warm up and cool down.
The course is packed full of interactive tests, video clips and each module ends with a penalty shootout that tests your knowledge and learning.
