Both Chelsea and Stoke City have had their appeals upheld by The FA.
Tuesday, 04 March 2008.
At a Regulatory Commission hearing today, a claim for wrongful dismissal from Chelsea's Frank Lampard was upheld.
As a result, Lampard's three match suspension has been withdrawn.
Lampard was sent off for violent conduct during Chelsea's game against West Ham on Saturday 1 March.
The Commission also upheld a wrongful dismissal claim from Stoke City's Andy Griffin. He will therefore serve no suspension.
Griffin was shown a red card for serious foul play during Stoke's match against QPR on Sunday 2 March.
