Derby County manager Billy Davies has been charged with using abusive and/or insulting words towards a Southend United FC Club Official.

The charge relates to Davies' conduct during the match at Roots Hall on 20 January. Davies has until 22 March to respond to the charge.

Davies has denied a separate charge of using abusive and/or insulting words towards a Match Official during the same match and requested a personal hearing which will be scheduled in due course.
