Fulham's Michael Brown has been charged with violent conduct in relation to an incident involving Liverpool's Xabi Alonso during the match on Saturday 5 May.

Manchester City's Michael Ball has also been charged with violent conduct, in relation to an incident involving Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo on the same day.

Michael Ball has admitted the charge and will serve a three match suspension with immediate effect.

Michael Brown has until 6pm tomorrow to respond to the charges, which carries an automatic three-match suspension, and the case will be heard by a Disciplinary Commission on Thursday.
