The FA has received a claim for wrongful dismissal from Burnley relating to the sending-off of James O'Connor.
O'Connor was shown a red card for violent conduct during Burnley's Football League Championship match against Millwall on 1 November.
A Disciplinary Commission will consider the claim tomorrow.
