Stoke's Marlon Broomes will serve a four-match suspension
Broomes claim rejected

At a Disciplinary Commission hearing today, Stoke City's Marlon Broomes has had his claim for wrongful dismissal rejected.
Broomes was sent off for violent conduct during the game at Southampton on Saturday 29 October.
He will therefore serve a four-match suspension: three matches for the sending-off plus an extra match as the Commission deemed the appeal to be frivolous.
