The charge relates to an incident involving Arsenal striker Robin van Persie during The FA Cup Semi-Final match at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on Saturday, 16 April.

Todd has until 6pm on Wednesday, 20 April to respond to the charge. The case is due to be heard by a Disciplinary Commission on Thursday, 21 April.
