At a Disciplinary Commission hearing today, the charge of violent conduct against Tottenham Hotspur's Thimothee Atouba was found to be not proven. He will therefore not serve any suspension.

Atouba had denied the charge, which was issued in relation to an incident involving Paul Dickov during the match at Blackburn Rovers on Saturday, 4th December 2004.
