Tottenham Hotspur defender Thimothee Atouba has been charged with a breach of FA Rule E3 for violent conduct.
The charge relates to an incident involving Paul Dickov during the Premier League match at Blackburn Rovers on Saturday 4 December 2004.
He is required to respond to the charge by 6pm on Tuesday 7 December, with the case scheduled to be heard at a Disciplinary Commission on Friday 10 December.
FA Rule E3 - General Behaviour A Participant shall at all times act in the best interests of the game and shall not act in any manner which is improper or brings the game into disrepute or use any one, or a combination of, violent conduct, serious foul play, threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting words or behaviour. |
