The charges related to incidents during Fulham's Premiership visit to West Bromwich Albion on 18 September.

Cole's first charge was for abusive/insulting words to a match official for which he was given a two-match suspension to commence immediately.

He was also found guilty of violent conduct and was handed a further one-match suspension in addition to the three games he has already served for the dismissal.

Cole was also fined £10,000 plus costs.

FA Rule E3 - General Behaviour
A Participant shall at all times act in the best interests of the game and shall not act in any manner which is improper or brings the game into disrepute or use any one, or a combination of, violent conduct, serious foul play, threatening, abusive, indecent or insulting words or behaviour.
