Tottenham Hotspur's Mauricio Taricco has been found guilty of breaching Rule E2.

At a personal hearing today Mauricio Taricco was found guilty of breaching FA Rule E2, violent conduct (2003/04 FA Rules).
The charge related to an incident with Damian Duff in the Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea fixture on 03 April 2004.
The second charge against Taricco - for a breach of Rule E1 (improper conduct) in an incident involving Scott Parker in the same game - was not proved.
Taricco will serve a three match suspension with immediate effect.
The FA also today charged Darren Purse under Rule E3, Violent Conduct, (2004/05 FA Rules) following the Newcastle United v West Bromwich Albion game on Saturday 15 September 2004.
