At a Disciplinary Commission hearing today, the case against Chelsea's Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink was found to be not proven.

Hasselbaink was charged with violent behaviour (breach of FA Rule E2) for an incident during the match at Scarborough in the FA Cup Fourth Round on 24th January 2004.
