Millwall player/manager Dennis Wise has been charged with abusive and/or insulting words to an match official during Millwall's First Division match away to Sheffield United on 02 March.

Wise has until 01 April 2004 to respond.

Meanwhile John Carver has admitted the charge of improper conduct (Rule E1) following an incident at the end of the Birmingham City v Newcastle United Premier League match on 31 January.

He has not requested a personal hearing.
