Both Sheffield United and Millwall have been charged with failure to ensure that their players conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and refrain from violent and/or threatening and/or provocative behaviour (breach of FA Rule E21a).
The charges relate to a mass confrontation during the Division 1 match at Bramall Lane on 02 March 2004.
Stockport County and Brighton & Hove Albion have been charged with failure to ensure that its players and/or officials conduct themselves in an orderly fashion and refrain from violent and/or threatening and/or provocative behaviour.
The charges relate to a mass confrontation during the Second Division match on 28 February 2004.
The FA has written to Nottingham Forest manager Joe Kinnear to request his observations in relations to reported comments made about referee Phil Crossley following the match against Gillingham on Saturday 6th March.
In addition, 17 March will be the date for the hearings of Fulham's Luis Boa Morte and Chelsea's Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink. Boa Morte was charged with improper conduct (breach of FA Rule E1) for offensive gestures to Everton fans during the match at Loftus Road on 10th January 2004.
Hasselbaink was charged with violent behaviour (breach of FA Rule E2) during the match at Scarborough in the FA Cup Fourth Round on 24th January 2004.
