Dugarry suspended

On Tuesday 13th January a Disciplinary Commission dealt with the charge of violent behaviour (breach of FA Rule E2) brought against Birmingham City's Christophe Dugarry.
Dugarry accepted the charge, which related to an incident involving Craig Short during the match against Blackburn Rovers on 6th December 2003.
He has received a three-match suspension starting with immediate effect.

General Behaviour
1. A Participant shall at all times act in the best interests of the game, and shall not act in any manner which is improper or brings the game into disrepute.
2. A Participant shall not use any one or combination of the following: violent, threatening, abusive, indecent, or insulting words or behaviour.
