The following Clubs have suspended fines carried forward over from Season 2001/2002:



Blyth Spartans - £2,500 activated of a £5,000 suspended fine. The remaining £2,500 left in place with a further £5,000 suspended (£7,500).


Halifax Town - £5,000 activated of a £12,500 suspended fine. The remaining £7,500 left in place together with a further £5,000 suspended (£12,500).


Leicester City - £25,000 suspended fine activated in full with a further £50,000 suspended fine.


Scarborough - £5,000 activated of a £7,500 suspended fine. The remaining £2,500 left in place together with a further £5,000 suspended (£7,500).


Exeter City - £12,500 of a £25,000 suspended fine activated. The remaining £12,500 suspended.


Derby County - £15,000 of a £85,000 suspended fine activated with the remaining £70,000 waived.


All the suspended fines will be reviewed at the end of next Season, and it was decided that if the Clubs record showed an acceptable improvement in comparison to Season 2002/2003, the suspended fine may not be activated.
