Oxford United and Bristol Rovers have been charged by The FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour.
The charge relates to the fixture between the two clubs on 8 October 2011.
Both clubs have until 4pm on 17 October 2011 to respond to the charge.
