Full written reasons of recent Appeal Board decision regarding Imraan Ladak.
At a Regulatory Commission on Thursday 27 August 2009 Kettering Town chairman, Imraan Ladak, was fined £1,500 following his admitted breach of FA Rule F2(b) in failing to respond to The Football Association's repreated requests for his written observations concerning media comments attributed to him following Kettering's FA Cup Fourth Round tie against Fulham on 24 January 2009.
Ladak appealed against the sanction and an Appeal Board convened and dismissed this appeal on Monday 23 November 2009.
