Customer Relations Team
The FA’s Customer Relations Unit was created in 2000 to build relationships and develop the flow of communication between The FA and the football public.
The work of the CR Unit ranges from day-to-day interaction with the football public to developing more long-term partnerships with supporters groups. Towards the end of 2004 the Unit was expanded in order to deal with the vast number of queries we receive in a timely manner and to increase the amount of pro-active work undertaken.
| Tracey Bates |
|
Tracey enjoys working in an environment that allows her to call upon her footballing knowledge in order to resolve all queries we receive from the football public.
Tracey points to the excitement and community spirit that football creates which separates it from all other forms of popular culture. She also mentions the emotional involvement fans have with their club which is not usually experienced in other forms of entertainment.
Tracey has produced a ‘Getting Involved’ pack which provides information on how to get involved in football, be it as a player, coach or referee.
