The FA's Customer Relations team was created in 2000 to build relationships and develop the flow of communication between The FA and the football public.

1	FA Cup Final Tickets
	Portsmouth and Cardiff City have been allocated 25,000 tickets each for The FA Cup Final. Tickets can be purchased through the competing Finalists. Please click here for further information.

2	Cardiff City / UEFA Cup
	Following a recent meeting of The FA Board, Cardiff City have been given full approval to participate in next season’s UEFA Cup as one of England’s representatives, should they win this season’s FA Cup.
