St. George's Park opened its doors to welcome in the Soccer AM cameras for a tour around the amazing facilities.

Presenter Helen Chamberlain was guided around some of the 330-acres by England and Stoke City striker Michael Owen.

The pair had a kickabout on the indoor Sir Alf Ramsey pitch, had a race on the 60-metre running track and also tried out some of the high tech sports medicine and fitness equipment.

They also checked out the Michael Owen room at the Hilton Hotel and the Michael Owen pitch - one of eleven outdoor pitches at the national football centre near Burton upon Trent.
