The FA Futsal Cup is the leading cup competition for Futsal in England, and has a prestigious and sentimental value to all English Futsal clubs.
Introduced in 2004, The FA Futsal Cup was the first FA national Futsal competition to be held in this country and it has played a pivotal role in helping to develop and grow Futsal within England.
Over the years, The FA Futsal Cup has helped to introduce and establish numerous local Futsal leagues across the country, as well as provide an exciting pathway for local teams to compete against some of the country’s top Futsal clubs in the latter stages of this national competition.
The FA Futsal Cup continues to maintain the dual ethos of providing an elite Futsal competition, whilst also encouraging the development of local Futsal leagues for both men and women. The early stages of The FA Futsal Cup see local qualifying leagues take place across the country, from which the winning teams progress to the Regional Finals where they are joined by the clubs from The FA National Futsal Leagues. The top teams from the Regional Finals then progress on to The FA Futsal Cup National Finals, where 16 male and 16 female teams will compete to be crowned FA Futsal Cup champions.
The FA Futsal Cup will not be running during the summer of 2012. The FA’s leading Futsal Cup competition is being revamped and will return in 2013 bigger and better than before.

Local Qualifying Leagues
Male and female Futsal teams of any standard can enter The FA Futsal Cup by joining one of the many FA Futsal Cup Local Qualifying Leagues around the country. The winning teams from the local qualifying leagues progress to the regional finals of The FA Futsal Cup where they will meet opposition from The FA National Futsal Leagues.
The FA looks for local league organisers to register their leagues for The FA Futsal Cup in January / February each year. These leagues need to run over a period of time from February onwards, but must be completed by the start of May. The FA provides local qualifying leagues with free balls, promotional material, and the league organisers are able to retain any entry fees.
