English official Amy Fearn has been appointed to referee Friday's UEFA European Women's U17 Championship Final between France and Germany in Nyon, Switzerland.

"This is the icing on the cake to a fantastic tournament," said Fearn of her appointment.

“Now my focus is to ensure that I referee to the best of my ability and that at the end of the game people are talking about the players and not the refereeing team."
