Scheme set up to encourage under-respresented groups to become involved in Refereeing

The RA-FA Youth Council has set up the Inspired Fund to support an innovative person wishing to become a qualified referee.

Once qualified, they will then become a role model and promote refereeing within their community to underrepresented groups (e.g. BAME Community, Female Officials, Low Socio-economic etc) and inspire others to take it up.

Following The FA’s annual audit we are now openly recruiting a number of new Level 1 , Level 2 and FA Youth award Module 1 tutors in various parts of the country.
