The Football Association is pleased to support Safer Internet Day 2013 and endorses the work of the UK Safer Internet Centre
This year’s theme, 'Online Rights and Responsibilities' with the slogan 'Connect with Respect' looks at the rights individuals have to be safe online and the responsibilities we all have towards others online - having respect for others is key to this.
The FA recognises that today our offline and online worlds are strongly connected and club/league websites and social networking sites form an integral part of our communications with children, young people and their parents/guardians.
We would remind all those involved within football to interact online responsibly and to promote the values of The FA’s Respect Program both on the field of play and online.
