This week sees the launch of Kick It Out’s “Weeks of Action 2012”, their annual awareness drive to promote ‘One Game, One Community’, which takes place from 18-29 October (with some events continuing into November).
Kick It Out works throughout the football, educational and community sectors to challenge discrimination, encourage inclusive practices and work for positive change.
The campaign is supported and funded by the game's governing bodies, and The FA and County FAs are again participating in this years exciting programme of events. Here are some of the highlights over the coming weeks:

'Raise Your Game' in Wolverhampton - click here for flyer
Location – Wolverhampton College, Wellington Road Campus, Wolverhampton, WV14 6BT
Details – Former Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Terry Connor will be leading a coaching masterclass, with mentoring sessions and FA workshops in First Aid, and Safeguarding and Child Protection also taking place on the day. The event aims to give football hopefuls an insight into the employment opportunities available to them within the game.
Time – 9am-4pm

Location – Manchester Football Association, Manchester Communications Academy, Silchester Drive, Harpurhey, Manchester, M40 8NT
Details – Former Hull City AFC manager Phil Brown will be leading a coaching masterclass. with mentoring sessions and FA workshops in First Aid, and Safeguarding and Child Protection. The event aims to give football hopefuls an insight into the employment opportunities available to them within the game.
Time – 10am-5pm

Location – Chelsea Football Club Training Ground, 62 Stoke Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 3PT
Details – The event will consist of a coaching masterclass, mentoring sessions from ITV Commentator Clive Tyldesley and ex Chelsea FC captain Paul Elliot and FA workshops in First Aid, and Safeguarding and Child Protection. The day aims to give football hopefuls an insight into the employment opportunities available to them within the game.
Time – 9am-4pm

Details – The event will consist of a coaching masterclass from Torquay United manager Martin Ling, mentoring sessions and FA workshops in First Aid, and Safeguarding and Child Protection. The day aims to give football hopefuls an insight into the employment opportunities available to them within the game.
Time – 9am-4pm
