Independent Regulatory Commission release written reasons for John Terry case
The Written Reasons follow the Independent Regulatory Commission’s decision to suspend John Terry for a period of four competitive matches and fine him £220,000, pending appeal. Click here for the original Commission statement.
Both The FA and Chelsea FC were served the reasons on Thursday 4 October 2012. Either party now has the right to an appeal and must reply by 18 October 2012.
