The FA, in conjunction with the Football Conference, Isthmian, Northern Premier and Southern Leagues, has released the Step 1 to Step 4 club allocations for Season 2009-10.
The FA, in conjunction with the Football Conference, Isthmian, Northern Premier and Southern Leagues, has released the Step 1 to Step 4 club allocations for Season 2009-10. There remain, however, a small number of issues that may result in further changes to the published list being applied. Such changes will be published here on TheFA.com.
In confirming these allocations it was agreed that a complete review of the current league boundaries would take place during the course of next season.
With regard to relegation from Step 4 to Step 5, the following was recommended, subject to the agreement of the leagues concerned;
Crowborough Atheltic FC to Sussex County League
Dunstable Town FC to Spartan South Midlands League
Hillingdon Borough FC to Spartan South Midlands League
Malvern Town FC to Midland Football Alliance
Winchester City FC to Wessex League
Witham Town FC to Essex Senior League
In addition, Gresley Rovers FC took the decision to resign from Step 4 competition.
