FUTSAL is the FIFA and UEFA recognised form of small-sided football. The FA's 2001 Development Strategy cited the development of this form of small-sided as a key objective. Raising awareness of the game, through activity such as promoting the National Futsal team will help the cause. Future objectives include the the implementation of:
