Former Swindon stars Paul Bodin and John Trollope put 45 coaches through their paces at the inaugural session of the Wiltshire County Football Coaches Association.
The coaches were led through a dynamic warm-up session by Trollope, who is now Wolves Academy Manager, before taking part in a competitive 'keep-ball' drill.
Bodin, an ex-Welsh International, completed the day by leading a session on defensive techniques which concluded with a defensive nine-a-side game.
Pete Hussey, Chair of the Association, was delighted with the turn-out.
"The Association has been formed to offer football coaches a network to share, experience and develop their knowledge," he said.
"Today's turn-out shows there are plenty of coaches within the county who want to do this. We have had great support from both John and Paul, and the County FA, of which we are most grateful and we now feel well on the road to creating a vibrant and successful group."
The event, held at Chippenham's Stanley Park, concluded with both Paul and John being handed honorary membership to the association, with the latter accepting the position of president.
