Mark is preparing for another crunch meeting with West Brom in the playoffs.

Hello readers,
I have to admit it's been a long season, but I'm so delighted we're in the play-offs. We wanted it so much and I'm so glad that we got there with our win over Leicester.
It was a great match and a great atmosphere, we went a goal down and I thought 'Here we go'. But the lads must have woken up after City had a couple of chances and we just battered them in the end. It was comfortable in the end - I think when I came on it was 3-1, and I really didn't have too much to do in the last half an hour.
They weren't really attacking us that hard, and it wasn't too bad. I didn't get forward too much even though I had the opportunity to, the gaffer was screaming at me to stay back. We were winning 3-1 and he didn't want to lose any goals, so he just wanted me to stay back.
I couldn't help getting forward a few times though, that's just me, if I don't do that it's not worth playing!
It really ended on a high for us the Championship season, and we took every opportunity to say our thanks to the fans in the last few games - they have been absolutely incredible.
It's going to be a difficult one over two legs against West Brom but it's about time we got one over them. I reckon if we do well on Sunday we'll be up, I honestly do, and if we get past West Brom there is no one we can't beat. The rest of the lads sound like me, they're focused on Albion and confident about the job at hand. We're not thinking about Wembley.
Koumas and Kamara are in the team of the year and rightfully so, I think they could both hold their own in the Premier League. Phillips is also up there as a real threat. We just need the luck on the day as usual, I suppose in this case we need the luck on two days to make the final.
Looking at the other playoff Derby must be disappointed to be in there, they must have thought at one point that they were already in the Premier League but now they have to pick themselves up for three more games if they want to get there.
I think Southampton will be delighted to be in the playoffs, they were lucky to get in, and the psychological edge could be with Southampton as they go into that game - I really think that Southampton might make the final.
I'm missing out on England U19s because I'm involved in the playoffs, I've spoken to a few of the lads and I'm keen to hear how they are doing. It looks like a completely different squad, I know that a few lads are still playing for their clubs and there have been injuries so it'll be interesting to see how they do.
I'm hoping that qualify for the finals obviously, and I'd love to be involved in the finals if they got there. It would be interesting to see what squad would be picked if England do qualify, Brian might not change the team if they win. I'd love them to get through so I can have one last crack with this age group.
After this tournament I have to look ahead to the Under-21s for international football, and for that side you really have to be playing regular football. Most of the players in that team are playing regularly in the Premier League, so if I want to get in there I have to pull my finger out!
But seriously I have a couple of years to make it into that side, so I'll keep doing it for my club and keep working hard.
I see that England U17s have made it into the Final of the European Championship which is fantastic, they've done really well. I don't really know any of the players in that team but it's always great to see England doing well at major tournaments.
I've got my fingers crossed for our battle with Albion, hope you do too.
Speak to you soon
