Kris continues his road to recovery from a hamstring injury.

This week Kris talks about how he is recoving from his hamstring injury before giving his thoughts on the transfer window, Big Brother and which player he'd most like to have at Forest.
Hi everyone.
It's been another frustrating week, but my hamstring injury is a lot better. I've been increasing my work load and it feels 100 per cent better than last week.
I have been doing more resistance work. There is a drill I have been doing with a bungee chord which is attached around your waist using a belt. The other end of the chord is then attached to the physio. He will run behind me, varying how quickly he jogs. If he slows down, then becomes hard work trying to pull him, which tests the hamstring. It's progressive, so pretty hard work by the end.
I have managed to keep up my general fitness, although nothing beats playing games. You do lose your match sharpness when you are injured though.
I have even been training with the lads although I am not doing any ball work yet.
It's been good to be with the lads again. They are buzzing at the moment. They have got Chelsea next week and some tough away games coming up. They have got the chance to go to the top of the league on Saturday if they beat Swansea.
They think I am putting in all the effort to be fit for the Chelsea game! But I don't think I will be back for that. It's come a week too early - that's very disappointing.
I'm not sure if I will go to Chelsea. If the gaffer asks me to travel down, then I'll snap his hand off, but otherwise I'll watch it on TV. I don't like watching Forest when I can't be involved.
At the moment it's just a case of getting fit and respecting time. With it being a four-six week injury, you might feel 100 per cent, but if the physio says it's four-to-six weeks, then that's because it takes that long to recover.
It looks like I'll have another week with the physio, then I might be able to do some ball work. I might then have a reserve game to brush off the cobwebs.
I was at the ground for the 1-0 win over Yeovil but I watched it on TV in the coach's room, just like I did for the Charlton game. It was one of the worst games I have seen us play. We looked tired and did not have a lot of energy. We worked hard getting the ball but then gave it away. But we got a lucky break. Their keeper spilled it and Holty was in the right place at the right time.
There was talk that Holty would leave for Bristol City, but he did not agree terms and decided he wanted to come back and establish himself as the number one striker at Forest. Credit to him, he's come up with the goals recently.
Lewis McGugan came on as a substitute against Yeovil and he's one to keep an eye on. He's good technically and is a good passer. If he plays against Swansea on Saturday then he might have to wear a gumshield as he got one of his teeth knocked out against Yeovil. He'd only been on the pitch a few minutes. He's been spending quite a lot of time at the dentists this week!
The January transfer window is always an important time. There have been a few names linked with the club in the press, but until I see them in the changing room, I won't believe the rumours.
A lot of managers are against the window. You end up panic buying. Having said that, it might not be a bad thing if we get some new players in to give us a push.
If I could ask the gaffer to buy anyone, then it would be Paul Scholes. I think his all-round game is brilliant. I dream about playing with someone like him, someone who could pick you out with a pass anywhere on the field. He makes the game look so easy. Cristiano Ronaldo is up there, but Scholes' goal against Aston Villa swings it for me.
Apart from football, it's been a pretty quiet week. I have been trying to survive the storms. I was driving home the other day when a massive tree fell in the road just behind me. When I looked back in my rear view mirror I just thought 'Jesus Christ'. It was a huge tree, 50ft. I spent the rest of the drive home cowering behind the steering wheel.
I have not watched any of Big Brother, but I think I will watch the eviction tonight. It has just got completely out of hand. It could get feisty if Jade is evicted.
Do you do a lot of drills to master your dribbling skills?
David Holmes
Running at players is one of the things that comes most naturally to me. I don't actually do any drills, but try to take on players in five-a-side and practise matches.
Who do you think is the fastest in the squad?
Shaun Pridden
I'd say Nathan Tyson. Junior Agogo is quite quick too. I don't think I'm that quick. I think I run with the ball as quickly as I run without it, which probably gives people the impression I'm quick. But against Nathan, I would look like I was running with a caravan on my back!
Now that Nathan Tyson is playing on the left, where do you think you will play when you return from injury?
Matthew Gould
I'd like to think I'd play left midfield with Nathan pushing up front, but it's up to the gaffer.
