Come and find out more about The FA Tesco Skills programme at the Grass Roots Football Live show at the NEC from May 30 - 1 June.

The FA Tesco Skills Programme focuses on the technique, confidence and ball skills of 5-11 year-old boys and girls in England. The revolutionary approach to coaching football skills is truly child-centred, suitable for all ability levels and focuses on individual children's learning needs.

A team of 66 full-time Skills Coaches have been recruited and trained to deliver age appropriate, top-quality football skills coaching in schools, local clubs, football festivals and FA Skills Centres. We will now be showcasing the scheme with a number of demonstrations and presentations at the Grass Roots Football Live show.

The FA will also have a stand in the main exhibition hall to answer any question or enquiry about our work for the game and how we can help you in your role within football. The FA’s Charter Standard Club and FACA conferences are also taking place at the event.

The Grass Roots Football Live show takes place at the NEC, Birmingham. It includes three action packed days from which to ‘Learn from the Pros’, including Harry Redknapp, Graham Taylor and Steve Heighway.

With 30 seminars covering a wide range of subjects including psychology, nutrition and player behaviour, a skills zone and a variety of demonstrations there’s plenty to keep you entertained whether a referee, player, coach, manager, volunteer or parent.
