FA Learning wants you to have ‘your say’ on the future of The FA Coaches Association (FACA).  We are currently investigating potential options for moving certain aspects of 'Insight' online and would like you to feedback what you think about the proposal.

Presently FACA members receive a number of benefits including membership card, insurance, exclusive merchandise and Insight, a once a quarter coaching journal sent to all members.

As FA Learning looks to the future we believe that we can offer far greater benefits for our members by creating a new online service that offers a number of new features as well as a weekly online journal and regular email updates.  The features from the new FACA website would include:

• Archived copies of all previous Insight articles,
• Audio streamed interviews with top league managers,
• Archived video clips of coaching footage,
• An individual coaching diary to input tactics, drills, player notes etc...
• Special offers on merchandise with links to FA Learning’s new online shop (coming soon),
• Exclusive competitions with great prizes
• Discussion forums so all members from around the world can interact and communicate sharing best practice and new ideas.

The new features can be developed from the savings made on the design, production and distribution of Insight meaning membership costs will not increase as a result of the new online service but we’ll only look at this idea in more detail if the feedback we receive is positive, so have your say and let FA Learning know what you think.
