England National Coach Martin Hunter continues our series re-living the highs and lows of 2004 and looking forward to the prospects for 2005.

As an FA National Coach, Martin currently looks after the Under-19s. Formerly Assistant Manager and coach at Bradford City, he gained promotion to the First Division before joining Stoke City. He was then recruited to The FA as Regional Director of Coaching and soon became a National Coach after assisting with the U15s and U16s. Martin is a highly qualified coach and coach educator with an excellent reputation. He has a university degree and has experience as a teacher of physical education and as a football development officer.
