Best individual performance: Ronaldinho in the Barcelona v Real Madrid match in November ... and our own "Ronaldinho", Ronnie Watson (captain), during the England Learning Disability Team's 4-3 victory over Brazil in the Global Games.

Best team performance: The LD team's 4-1 victory over Poland in the Global Games Final.

One thing you would like to change about 2004: I wish Ronaldiho had signed for Man Utd!

Best football quote of the year: "mange tout senor" Craig Edwards, manager of Redbridge FC welcoming new French player into the Club.

Funniest thing in football this year: Any Jeff Davis shooting demonstration.

A name to watch in 2005: Dean Neville, 17 year old right back at Redbridge FC in the Nationwide South, and Ray Zedmanole.

One rule change you would like: Harsher punishment for spitting.

Professional ambition for the coming year: Continue to raise the profile of learning disability football Progress the U17 Development Squad.

Off The Field

Celebrating Christmas this year:
I usually go for a run on Xmas morning and New Years Day. I’ll spend a quiet Xmas with my family.

Best Christmas memories: 1966 and 2002 - England’s World Cup success years [England Learning Disability side won the World Cup in 2002]. I remember watching videos of the games before settling down with the family to listen to the Queens speech. Great times!

Favourite Christmas song: Silent Night sung by Luther Vandross.

New Year's resolutions: I will try to get the England LD staff members to lead a healthy lifestyle – as I do.

Where in the world would you'd most like to visit in the next year: Brazil.

If a film were to come out next year about your life, who would you like to play you? Denzel Washington with Lee Evans as my trusted side-kick Jeff Davis.
