Brendon Batson Profile
Brendon Batson made almost 350 professional appearances as a right-back for Cambridge United and West Bromwich Albion during the 1970s and early '80s. Following his playing career he joined the PFA, rising to the post of Deputy Chief Executive before returning to Albion to become Managing Director. He played a prominent role in anti-racism initiatives and drug awareness campaigns within football, and was awarded the MBE by the Queen in 2001. He has been a consultant to The FA since 2003.
