We were little bit fortunate in our win against Wigan on Saturday, but sometimes things go that way. The fact is they missed their chances, and we took ours.

It's been low-key at the training ground this week. In fact it's been so low-key I had to ask someone who we are playing this weekend. Everyone seems to have had other things on their minds - I'm not sure what though.

Ian Holloway has been away all week, and maybe that's part of the reason why it's been low-key and quiet. It reminds me of school when the teacher is away and the supply teacher comes in.

We go back to being like kids again, and all try and push the coaching staff as far as we can. They let us have a little bit of leeway, but not too much.

It's good we have good coaches here - and at Birmingham - so the two teams can carry on when the gaffer is not around.

Birmingham Ladies are well on the way to matching QPR's seven wins in a row. We beat Bristol Rovers
, which was our fourth on the bounce. So I haven't had to give the players a talking to - in fact every week all I seem to say is "well done".

I'm not one for ranting and raving on the touchline anyway - it's impossible to get your point across if you do. I talk people through it, and commentate on the game as it goes on. You have to be constructive in whatever you tell your players.

But in the past month or so, because we have been winning all our games, I haven't had to do it at all.

I bought a luxury flat in Birmingham last week, and I'm looking for a tenant. So if anyone wants to live in a top-notch two-bedroom apartment in the city centre, then give me a shout. I'll be spending the weekend up there looking for a suitable tenant.

There are a few of us at QPR who are dabbling in property at the moment. I started it, and then I think
Jamie Cureton got the idea too. But I am the club's Mr Rigsby from Rising Damp because I have the most - although I'm not dodgy in any way!

I also looked at one flat in Highbury in north London, and I don't recommend it. It really is like Rising Damp. Just to let you know. See you next week.

QPR play at Leeds on Saturday at 3pm, and Birmingham Ladies play Fulham at Solihull Borough on Sunday at 2pm.
