Built in the city near the old Antas Stadium, FC Porto's new ground will host the opening ceremony and the first match in the UEFA Euro 2004 tournament.

The centrepiece for the regeneration of the Antas district, it’s owned by FC Porto, has seating for more than 50,000 people, and will form part of a "Sport City" covering over 3,000 square metres.

How to get there

Northeast of the centre, special STCP buses run from the Rotunda da Boavista (Praça Mouzinho de Albuquerque) or Praça da Liberdade.

Regular buses 21 and 78 run from the Rotunda or Avenida dos Aliados. For under 10 you can get a taxi from the city centre.
