England defender John Terry.

John Terry has paid tribute to France captain Marcel Desailly as he prepares to face his clubmate at Euro 2004.
Chelsea defender Terry is hoping to line up for England when the Three Lions face France in Portugal on 13 June.
It is a huge match for both countries and one that England are desperate to win. But Terry says he will still take time to shake Desailly's hand - because the France and Chelsea captain has been a huge influence on his career.
Desailly has been nursing a knee injury recently and there have even been accusations in some quarters that, at the age of 35, he is France's weak link.
But Terry believes he is still a quality player and a key member of the French squad.
Terry said: "I still rate Marcel very highly and he has been a big influence on me.
"Every day in training he's there and he wants to stay behind afterwards and do extra. That goes to show how good he is.
"He's captain of probably one the best teams in the world and has been one of the best players in the world for the last eight or ten years.
It's been a pleasure for me to play alongside him and I've learned so much from him.
"Every day at Chelsea he has looked out for me. It might just be 10 or 15 minutes after training or even during training.
"Little conversations here and there regarding defensive situations - where I should be, where I shouldn't be, how to do certain things, how to deal with crosses.
