Italy 2-1 England
UEFA Women's U19 Championship, Second Qualifying Round

The England Women's Under-19 team lost their second match of their European Championship, Second Round Qualifying mini-tournament, going down 2-1 to hosts Italy.
Elisabetta Bavagnoli's side were keen on bouncing back from their first day defeat at the hands of Norway and started the match in bright fashion.
England were struggling to get any meaningful possession and the hosts deserved to take the lead after a quarter of an hour when a well-constructed move saw Pini convert past Carly Telford in the England goal.
Mo Marley's side briefly rallied and they went close on a number of occasions but didn't quite manage to find the finishing touch to some encouraging phases of play.
Just when it seemed the young Lions might get a goal back, Italy hit them with a blow when Riboldi, who had scored in Italy's 3-1 defeat to the Norwegians, scored to put the hosts 2-0 ahead on 72 minutes.
England did not give up though and in the final minute of the match, Fulham striker Danielle Bird scored a consolation goal.
England now face group leaders Norway in their final match, needing a big win to stand any chance of qualifying for the Finals in Hungary.
