The Under-17s beat off stiff competition to top the group and pick up their first piece of silverware. Following a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Northern Ireland, the U17s recorded 2-2 draws in both their remaining matches against Scotland and USA Region One. In both matches they held their nerve to win the penalty shootout by 3-1 and 6-5 respectively.
