Nikita Parris scored both goals as the England Women’s U19 team defeated Italy 2-0 in La Manga.

The Everton youngster opened the scoring just after half-time and sealed the win in the final minute, giving Mo Marley’s side their first win in this season’s Ten Nation Tournament.

England lost 2-1 to Scotland on Wednesday and they will round things off against Holland on Sunday.
